These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Peekly – Chat & Profile Viewer mobile application (“App”, “Service”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

1. Independent Application Notice

Peekly – Chat & Profile Viewer is an independent application and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Instagram, Meta, Apple, or any other social media platform.

The App:

Does not access private accounts
Does not retrieve private messages
Does not bypass privacy settings
Does not provide unauthorized access to restricted content

Peekly operates only using publicly available information and demo/simulated features.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use this App.

If you are under the age required by your country’s laws, you may only use the App with parental or legal guardian consent.

3. Acceptable Use

By using Peekly, you agree that you will NOT:

Use the App for illegal or unauthorized purposes
Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or modify the App
Use automated systems or bots to misuse the Service
Violate any third-party platform’s terms of service
Upload harmful, abusive, or unlawful content

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access if misuse is detected.

4. No Guarantee of Accuracy

We do not guarantee:

Accuracy of any displayed information
Continuous or error-free operation
Compatibility with all devices

Use of the App is at your own risk.

Graphics
Software

is the property of Peekly and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce any part of the App without written permission.

6. Advertisements

Peekly may display advertisements provided by third-party ad networks such as:

Google AdMob

We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party advertisers.

7. Third-Party Services

The App may integrate third-party tools including:

Google Firebase

These services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. We are not liable for third-party services.

8. In-App Purchases (If Applicable)

If the App offers in-app purchases:

Payments are processed through Apple’s App Store.
All billing is handled by Apple.
Refund requests must follow Apple’s refund policies.

We do not store or process payment details directly.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Peekly shall not be liable for:

Indirect or incidental damages
Data loss
Service interruptions
Third-party platform actions
User misuse of the App

The App is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service.

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.
